A judge in rural Belgium has sentenced a dead man to an eight-year serving in a correctional facility for beating up some random strangers and resisting arrest. The suspect however, was not present in the court. Many thought he just wasn't interested.
Anyhow, the 21-year old suspect died in a traffic accident a few months ago. The judge told the press it was a rare case which almost never happened.
