A 26-year old thought he outsmarted the local police force by bringing the mighty Oreo to his defense. The defendant proclaimed he was dipping an Oreo in a cup of milk when he lost control of his car.
Too bad he was being charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding. Not with driving under influence as a court clerk had mistyped in the logbooks.
